Sussex Cookery Lesson

On Sunday we met up with Luis Seren and his lovely wife and cooked a selection of meats and fish on his cookery lesson booked for his birthday, Luis was a lovely guy and very into his cooking. He filleted fish, made a peppercorn sauces, a Beurre Blanc Sauce, sweet potato puree, fondant potatoes and a few other dishes, we had great fun with a glass of bubbly .
