Pesta Sauce Recipe


2 small cups of basil

2 cloves of garlic

¼ cup of pine nuts (roasted)

¾ small cup of olive oil

½ small cup of parmesan cheese

Sea salt

Ground pepper




-          Combine the basil, garlic and half of the pine nuts in a blender and pulse until coarsely chopped.


-          Add the olive oil to the mix.


-          Blend the rest of the pine nuts separately, keeping them fairly coarse.


-          Add the salt, pepper, parmesan and the rest of the pine nuts to the mixture.
