Pasta Cookery Lesson Surrey

We had a vist to Surrey this week for a lunch time pasta making lesson. Pepe our Italian pasta chef and I had a ball, we made ravioli filled with goats cheese, rocket and basil pesto, fresh tagliatelle in a white wine, shallot, smoked salmon, broccoli and chive cream sauce. We finnished off the lesson with a demo on wild mushroom, smoked bacon and Parmesan cheese rissoto
