Beurre Blanc Cookery School Review
'After my children bought me a pasta maker for my birthday my wife thought I had better learn how to use it! My present from her after some research, where she found Buerre Blanc Cookery School. They provided a lesson for the two of us with Ally at our house. Ally arrived with everything that we would need and proceeded in the most relaxed and friendly way to take us through the processes so that we produced, ate, three different delicious types of filled ravioli. First a crab, then a tomato, goats cheese and basil and finally a mushroom filling and with each an appropriate accompaniment including a tomato, basil and chilli salsa and a green pesto. These were each professionally plated up for us to savour and enjoy! It was a real pleasure and a really fun way to learn pasta basics and some new kitchen skills. Highly recommended.
